		<description>Good prespective, anything is immutable. There aren’t perfect requirements and since someone starts working in one process starts to realize changes that can be made to improve it. I agree, ownership the document and not the process doesn’t goint to make live easiar to that person.</description>

		<description>Michael,&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Good post.  I too agree that too often developing requirements is sanitized down to documenting requirements; which are not the same thing.  Ownership of the documentation is not going to make that persons life easier, but owning the process or owning the execution of the process could.</description>
